We were in a bind and came across all of the good ratings that Enki Plumbing had. I called Charles late in the day. He was extremely responsive and prioritized getting us on his schedule the next day. We had no idea where our problem was stemming from, but Charles was efficient yet thorough and walked us through our options every step of the way. He is extremely knowledgeable, but also very personable and professional. We will not hesitate to cal Charles again and are incredibly grateful he was able to help us out!!
